Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiting your deposit. No-shows will also forfeit their deposit.
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit may be forfeited.
Refund Policy:
All services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment so I can make adjustments if needed. I do not offer refunds on services rendered, but I am happy to work with you to ensure you love your hair.
